Only job security. Salary on time. Work life balance is depends on manager.

Dislikes

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

...hy even if one has better qualification he/she is mostly exploited by Employers.Pay packages are also terrible when compared with other parts of India.Apart from Selling jobs one wud not find any other quality jobs this employers start sucking employees since they are well aware that in this part of India there is dearth of quality jobs.

In heart of hearts it is always there that I was not handled in proper way. They have spared a wrong person who has only defamed the name of this prestigious organisation in this part of the world called kashmir..

It was privilege to work in delhi. My branch staff my immediate supervisor all wer very good. They supported me a lot if my wife would have not been ill I was thinking to shift my entire family to delhi and I was nature to get retire from this location and this bank only .......

Good but,very High pressure for operation staff for sales work with,sales target of casa,fd, insurance,sip, other, In this organization there is nothing in operation work in retail branch banking. If sales pressure trun off from service satff then no job is better of it.

Advice for Career- New Offer vs current organisation

I got an offer from Shell, Chennai with a hike of approx 40%. But the current organisation offers the same CTC. Suggest, what should I do? The profile is completely changed from maintenance to Reliability. Should i change my home town state and join shell chennai or stay in the same organisation by accepting Hike? Current Organisation: Benefit: More savings, Near to Home town, will get promotion in 2 years, Disadvantages: More stress and Load. Working from long( 10 years) Shell Chennai: Benefit: No stress, less Work, Hibrid job and flexible time. Disadvantages: Location, language, Food( May be). Please suggest what should I do? Should I accept new offer and change job?
