...Company policies are meant only for people who want to work just for daily food. HRs are following and applying their own rules in salary, work culture and everything. Managers and Cluster heads are dumb and want employees who keep dancing as they want.

Starting from a joining offer till the EOD each and everything is imbalanced and managers keep pointing fingers without doing anything.

No increment in salary can you image 4%increment on your salary and you worked like a dog while year.. seniors treat you like there servant , no respect for employees.. it’s an horrible experience, no time for your own life.

Good but,very High pressure for operation staff for sales work with,sales target of casa,fd, insurance,sip, other, In this organization there is nothing in operation work in retail branch banking. If sales pressure trun off from service satff then no job is better of it.

No skill development for employees in HDFC and there is no Good Culture at HDFC - No value and vishion for the employee here - Only the name - nothing is there inside
