Learning path is excellent in hdfc bank.I learn a lot from this organisation.but only reason to left this organization is growth in terms of financial as well career.

Work culture is better than other banks & it's very good for career growth & skill development also

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is lot of politics. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Pay is very underrated and not In par with industry standards. ESOPs is the only personal motivation, but with this merger I don't think so that will be there

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line

Salary Improvement required, old & new employee salary pakage are different of same post. Old employees got low package & new appointy get higher pakage of salary.

Salary & Position growth is not available in organization, it is same here at other corporate.
