Employees are underpaid , as per their experience and grade. Bank HR must check the salary components in comparison to other market players.

Bank's collection processes and guidelines are good. Bank prefer work life balance.

Dislikes

Incentives, bonus and increment is worst and lower than other bank and NBFCs. Incentives are not available for collection team. Infrastructure like workstations, printer are not available for spokes locations managers.

All are good job security, work life balance, Job satisfaction, Skills and knowledge development, these are all is good

Dislikes

Salary is not good. This company is a few things restricted to incentive and bonus and employee service not good. I am not satisfaction. These are all not good

Working Hours (9:30 to 5:30 some time 9:30 to 7:30(occasionally) Work Pressure is very low in debt recovery or collections department if, you compare the same with other companies. Job security

Salary increment (3 rating 4%, 2 rating 5 to 6%, 1 rating 7% to 9 % approximately) Bonus structure

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line
