Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

In heart of hearts it is always there that I was not handled in proper way. They have spared a wrong person who has only defamed the name of this prestigious organisation in this part of the world called kashmir..

Dislikes

Bank is too good but it's depends on seniors. There is no timely promotions and salary hike, HR is totally dependend on higher level management. Bank is hiring staff from outside on higher package but not promotint our internal staff. There is no value of knowleehe
