No transparent guidelines for sick leave and other necessary thinks like transfer payouts and many more. Your have to seek support for each and everything from your supervisor and always be thankful to him. Either he/she support you or not. Because you don't know your rights about such things.

...hy even if one has better qualification he/she is mostly exploited by Employers.Pay packages are also terrible when compared with other parts of India.Apart from Selling jobs one wud not find any other quality jobs this employers start sucking employees since they are well aware that in this part of India there is dearth of quality jobs.

... known to everyone .. He was supported by his immediate bosses and was spared... I left Hdfc and joined non banking sector on better package... In heart of hearts it is always there that I was not handled in proper way. They have spared a wrong person who has only defamed the name of this prestigious organisation in this part of the world called kashmir..

It was privilege to work in delhi. My branch staff my immediate supervisor all wer very good. They supported me a lot if my wife would have not been ill I was thinking to shift my entire family to delhi and I was nature to get retire from this location and this bank only .......

No skill development for employees in HDFC and there is no Good Culture at HDFC - No value and vishion for the employee here - Only the name - nothing is there inside

Working Hours (9:30 to 5:30 some time 9:30 to 7:30(occasionally) Work Pressure is very low in debt recovery or collections department if, you compare the same with other companies. Job security
