We are advised to avoid going to high risk zones or visit any client who has symptoms of any sickness. We are also given leave without any questions on health grounds. All trainings/meetings r organized online.

Dislikes

Appraisal n grade promotion criteria is not transparent. Salary hike is too low. Growth is very slow. Almost stagnant. As an RBH I don't get any appreciation for my RM's performance. But i get negative points for their non performance. Neither I get incentive nor bonus. But RMs make incentives. Rbh shud b given d right to grant leaves to d RMs n also rate dem on appraisals. Criteria of all RMs meeting all benchmarks must b removed from Rbh score card. It must b basis sum total of all RMS achievement.

They have only 1 rule, take more and more work with employees. Don't pay enough money in salary. says week off, But working is there in Sunday also. Pay scale is Less compare to other banks and nbfc.

Dislikes

Salary giving less, working in holidays are there, not given me increment after 1 year even my performance is there then also. etc etc.

No Work life balance here No opportunity for skill development. No proper salary hike If you and family suffering from anything and u not providing proper productivity due any issue then don't have job security.

No proper work life balance , target is there so immense pressure for missell, no time for the completion of work. You need to wait till 7:30pm to leave. You will get mail at 6:30 to leave but it's a gimmick to fool the RBI .

Politics, lack of support by supervisor and BM ,CH, also HR policy not working properly,huge unwanted work pressure and work life balance,it's demanded forcefully sales job.
