Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and good management. Company policies are good but appraisals are not fair and they give poor salary hike. Bonus not provided.

...anagement doesnt address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Company polices not good, appraisals are not fair and they dont give proper salary hike on this period, bonud not provided. If as possible plz update the condition. New joinee salary is very high as per existing employee. They dont update our salary as per new joinee.

Only job security. Salary on time. Work life balance is depends on manager.

Dislikes

Excessive work load, it ruin week end and late night so it hardly impact on work life balance. Poor management (Depends on vertical). Poisonous politics. Unpractical deadlines. At join they told its hybrid but after few months manager ruling to come everyday. Bad infrastructure, office and internet services.

There is no one in the bank to explain And the ones that are old, new people treat them differently, & Timing is a big issue, like coming to the bank is on time but leaving is not fixed And there is a lot more to write but it cannot be completed in one line

Work balance is there but no life. Extended hours of working even when you are not supposed to stay. Hr just a pacifier rather than problem solving or solution provided If you are single it will be a best place because you have no time to concentrate on the family
