... government department. Totally based on perception. No actual process in place. HR is pathetic and is baniye ki dukan when it comes to salary negotiation. Every Saturday is half day working. Officially they say Monday to Friday.

Well this was my 1st job after my masters & i cant thank them enough for the great work culture along with emphasis on continued learning & skill upgradation. I had the opportunity to work with great bosses to name Mr PB Dhilip, Mr Micheal Lobo, Mr Arthur , Mr Durgaprasad Mahapatra who had been a great mentor to me & had worked closely with them. They had always entrusted on maintain good work ethics & structured way of getting our targets acheived. I had worked in both sales & operations & never was a day where i didnt feel excited.

Maybe the salary of management trainees could be increased. But none the less great environment.

Work-life balance is actually good, Only a 9-5 desk job, Validating and reporting is the primary responsibility. Learning is constrained to the Mutual Fund industry.

...ometown. No consideration for transfer if there is no one to replace your place. Moderate Salary package with no career growth.

Very slow growth .....Low compensation,New people are hired at higher designation and with high compensation vis a vis old employee with similar experience ....No training and development ....

...ve to be a multitasker to work there . U have to updated urself towards ur work. Compensation is good.

I think that there is a risk of career growth at there. If u r in an operations team than no perks for u.
