They provide you way less compensation and expects to work all the days of month starting at 7 in the morning and ending at 10-11 at night (during the last days of month at times employee walks out of company at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning).

They give you salary on time and infrastructure is good.

People are very rude .they will torture you until you left the company and manager are very unethical they don't know how to talk to their employees.

intense pressure to meet high sales targets, poor work-life balance, low salary, lack of career growth opportunities, rigid company culture, excessive manual work, and a perceived lack of support from management.

HDB give us a opportunity to job and give us avarage salary pakage to make our life style good. And also Insentive structure is very good.

Dislikes

Their are lots of things I dislike of this company. They hold salary if you didn't achive your target. After 6 months your salary cutoff upto RS. 1000 which one is terrible. The work culture and pressure also not acceptable. And lots of things are very poor of this company.

Get salary on time HR and higher authorities are good! Some TL's are very bad they do partiality on data stamping but another hand some are too good now depends on luck under whome we will handover.

Some TL's are very disappointing. They do partiality in data stamping to Telle callers due this TC's don't get their full ar desering incentive.
