I recently changed my Job as Business Manager with Arka Fincap, but some how I also selected as BM(Branch manager) with HDB financial and Varthana finance. I am very confused, to what I will do. CTC would be same approximately. Suggest me right decision with reason... 1. I can continue with Arka Fincap. 2. Will join HDB financial as BM. 3. Will join Varthana finance as BM. ...nagement is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling.Company policies are good ,appraisales are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politice and the management doesn't address our issurs.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.Tjere is a bond of 1before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joinees.

HDB give us a opportunity to job and give us avarage salary pakage to make our life style good. And also Insentive structure is very good.

Dislikes

Their are lots of things I dislike of this company. They hold salary if you didn't achive your target. After 6 months your salary cutoff upto RS. 1000 which one is terrible. The work culture and pressure also not acceptable. And lots of things are very poor of this company.

I was working in third party pay roll in Hdfc bank Ltd hdfc bank work culture was good but as third party staff promotion or bonus and increment was not good.

Dislikes

Salary was very lower and incremental, bonus or promotion is not sure and not confirmed yet.
