HR pradeep dasand Area manager sachin more dont have any knowledge about reliving process , my 2 months salary still hold and hr and area manager dont give specific reason why my salary is hold its worst company to work in this company manager want free drinking alcohol.

There is a lot of politics and the management doens't address our issues salary Is decent but career growth is slow there is a bond of 3 yearsbefore which you cannot resing on the job training is not givento new joinees

...n the time thinks what to do next way for every difficulty. No financial issues. Salary on the time in months last date. & About covid - 19 with the HDB services best in sanitizer spray , low cooling AC , limited people working & Caring each other people work with him.

Very secure job especially for girls as there is no work pressure..ofcourse there will be targets as it is completely a data entry job.once u finished ur target with accuracy no one will questions you..teams and team members are so friendly and helpfull..work place is too clean and resembles like we are working in bank itself..and finally there are many departments and one can learn many things about banking.

Salary's are too low..ofcourse there are appraisals once in a year and that to depends on grading..and grading depends on work accuracy leaves availing,behaviour etc..my reason of leaving this job is not salary..i have to left this job after 4 months of my maternity period because to take care of my born baby.

Job Security is the only plus point in the company. The company is good for freshers and people with high experience

Dislikes

Salary increments are very low, promotions there are in many cases biased and low in numbers. Work satisfaction is on below average level due to unrealistic incentive slab make earning good money very difficult. If you are 2-3 yrs of experience person don't come here. Just people being a fresher or a 8yrs+ experience people are valued then also freshers are also get their valued getting less after their 1st increment (1-1.5yrs) after joining the company
