Late promotion, less salary, less human resources, must encourage the employees by give award and one most important thing level of postion of employee. It's should start AM, DM, SM ETC not from JUNIOR OFFICER. Bczs most of staff treating us properly. They treat Like there servant.

This company is not good freshers and experience because salary not expected. Because starring Salary in hand only 11500 for freshers and Salary not growth yearly. 700 per year only.Shift time 9 to 6 but 9am to 8 pm compulsory working hours day to day and not add traveling
