...y for manipulative people who only care about gossip and paperwork and politics. And if you think you can tackle this then they will not even give you salary. There are countless doctors who don't get salaries because they might be posted in places with no vacant financial posts. Hard working innocent people don't get perks like traveling allowance or training remuneration because seniors and clerks will find a way to dupe you. And you can never get any work done in any office, be it their dghs office or local. But yes if you don't want to do Pg and diligently proactively keep your paperwork straight and don't want to be too much bothered about the profession then it's the best place to join.

Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!
