When it's comes to salary HCL really doing good. Campus looks very big and clean.

If you are a fresher and from non IT background please do not apply. We are facing so many troubles. They are giving online training but it's going very worst. Cannot able to catch up the trainers pace. Lot of freshers (both IT and Non IT trainees) facing this problem. We shared our issues to higher authorities but no steps has been taken. Giving lot of work. I'm working more than 13 hours everyday to finish daily tasks. If you can't finish that work then you will not survive the next day. And some people threatening us if we didn't complete the daily task. Seriously, we feel like we did a big mistake by choosing HCL.

Work life balance is very good, flexible timings and nice culture - It is a place to come with a good salary...

Appraisal cycle is not good, we can expect anything after doing lot of hard work for whole year

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

... Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. Very pathetic IJP process followed.

Not a good company as manipulation of salary towards base salary against which no good retirement benefits i.e. pf, gratuity, leave encashment,etc.
