When it's comes to salary HCL really doing good. Campus looks very big and clean.

If you are a fresher and from non IT background please do not apply. We are facing so many troubles. They are giving online training but it's going very worst. Cannot able to catch up the trainers pace. Lot of freshers (both IT and Non IT trainees) facing this problem. We shared our issues to higher authorities but no steps has beentaken. Giving lot of work. I'm working more than 13 hours everyday to finish daily tasks. If you can't finish that work then you will not survive the next day. I don’t satisfy to work in hcl as a fresher they did not provide any trainings or any proper guidance they just play with fresher it is very bad culture in hcl as in experienced

Totally i dislike work with hcl as a freher they did not give any proper training or proper right path fresher they are playing like toys with fresher and the end they finally kept on pip and terminated from hcl

Except salary and benefits, remaining are all satisfactory.

Few processes like deployment and assignations are a bit slow. Other than these, everything's great at HCL Tech.
