Nothing the company just doesn’t care about the employees, would not recommend anyone to join here

Every thing , no transparency in the appraisals, they’re just finding news ways to deduct your salary . Appraisals are delayed every year. This year it has been delayed by almost 8 months now and still no appraisals . No communication between manager and employee. No promotions nothing everything is just garbage here .

This company's HR help is appalling. My pay hasn't changed since I started. In the pretext of EPB, they have now begun to reduce my pay as well. The senior don't support us at all; they constantly discourage us about our pay. They will give you additional work if you put in a lot of effort. They will reward you with numerous promotions if you don't work.

Job security is great but just a weight balance other factors such as job satisfaction, development, learning and compensation are terrible.

Dislikes

I dont even like HCL. I made a mistake joining here. In name of job security they will make you do anything and there is no regards of your qualification, potential or career aspirations.

Till you are billed by customer by any means/role, nobody in HCL will question you... But sometimes they interfere too.

Long term employees have no value in the company specially salary wise. Nearly Zero hikes. 8 years lateral entry Java developers are nowadays offered 50% more salary than a 16 years long term employee(STM).

...d technician, to be in training , well trained for example : management trainee.carrer to grow bigger,very good salary earner, appraise to travel around the world, political analyst , to be a quick earner.

Team-mate,teamster, teamwork difficult to go into teaching staff material job security: security of tenure very lax ,salaried staff earned income very cheap, much traveled no travel insueance , to make busy innovations in ..., work-life off balance of trade payments.
