Compensation and EPB policy is very bad. If you work for three years in the organization, you wont even get 2000rs hike. (Even though you are top performer). If you put down papers, company will cut all the previous year hike's by showing internal policies.

...agement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

there is a lot of politics and career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resine on the job training is not given to new joinees

...ance 2. people behave like gov employees. 3. top management treats as a labor 4.no hike for 4 years continuously 5.no skills growth 6.no promotions 7.they down the ratting without reason.

To be honest there's nothing to like about a job/company if the salary is so unsatisfactory and there's no increment in it.

The way DPO employees get treated. Absolutely limited holiday as compared to other department.

Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Every project have 3 managers (reporting manager, service managers, who will be part of HCL for 10 or 15 years ) , and who used to micromanage to an extreme, they will ask you to work on company holiday and they won’t approve your comp off or Pay for the holiday. Once the project is stabilised , they will release the highly paid resource to the bench
