...agement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

there is a lot of politics and career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resine on the job training is not given to new joinees

Compensation and EPB policy is very bad. If you work for three years in the organization, you wont even get 2000rs hike. (Even though you are top performer). If you put down papers, company will cut all the previous year hike's by showing internal policies.

Work life balance you will get but on the other hand salary, employee benefits, appraisals are not even ok ok. Whatever you are getting at the time of hiring just keep it that amount . Don't expect

...ronment, one area that could be improved is the appraisal and promotion process. Delays in promotions and salary hikes can impact motivation and career growth. A more structured and timely appraisal system with competitive salary increments would enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Food available everytime in cafeteria. Outside view is good .

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .
