... totally biased. So much of caste based politics. No one is there with a vision. All are just working for salary. Just quoting projects for less margins and provide no hike even to the top performers. They don't actually follow the appraisal cycle. They will provide a good hike for those who get less grades too. Here grades/appraisal points are totally gimmicks. Even before closing the appraisal cycles the management will internally fill an excel sheet and allocate shares. Even customer bonus distribution is also biased. Totally it's a bad experience.

...atever HR will say that is the policy even they don't follows there made policy. I am 10+ year of experienced person and faced strange incident in HCL that HR changed by salary structure on day of joining and believe me I didn't have another offer except to accept the same. Overall HCL is not a company and is a shop.

Being a big brand in IT industry, it's not a good company for long term. No promotions, No appraisals, very less opportunities for onsite which are reserved for non desr

No guarantee of promotion, very little hike or no hike, almost zero employee benefits (except medical), very difficult to get even small things like stationeries, printout, micro management.
