They don't give much inhand salary. Eg you get an appraisal 10000 per month 80 percent of it on paper(food money health benefits insurance etc ) you only get 2000 in hand

* Canteen food is ok and affordable. * If no jobs then best opportunity for you.

* Salary hike is very bad * Bad management, If you stay for 10 year also they won't recognise you. * 0 work life balance. * Less starting salary. * If you join from non IT background you will be working in DCOPs{call centre(in general language)} * If you are good in A$s licking then you will be noticed and get some cheap reward or else no one will notice you. * No on-site opportunity * No cab facility in Lucknow. * 100 only per shift as shift allowance( Lowest amongst any IT companies). * Poor quality seats (Not good if you sit for continuous 9:30 hours which you have to)

Company culture is good. Secure Job.

There's no work life balance, no proper hike, no promotions. Even if you get promotion you won't get much increment in salary, There is no shift allowance even for night shifts.

...Infrastructure, Good Stable Company, good for the people who likes Job security! Salary is always on time, very good medical facilities and others employees' benefits. Overall, it is very nice company for sure!

Salary is on time but other incentives, your promotion, your bonus, your increments etc are in Arrears, You will get it for sure but always in arrears, HR is not at all effective. Just like your Job which is stable, your salary will be stable as well, please do not expect any other thing except Stability. Company culture in terms of HR is not at all good, no major governance towards how management is calibrating an employee, how promotions are happening? That is the only reason I left HCLTech, otherwise, in other domains, might be the HR as people doing good things. HCLTech is a beautiful organization but some wrong people who are in that position to spoil the overall experience and culture, My advice is to hire good mature people in leadership positions and especially in HR domain. Please save this beautiful company and I'm the sure the top management are doing lots of things to streamlines the process down there but really need to put strong governance on middle management, specially in HR domain

Salary on time. Good peers

More than 6 months delay in appraisal cycles. No appraisal if you are L3 band and above 20LPA. My last two appraisals were zero. Management politics. Management too much egoistic.
