Very good environment to growth and excellent job security policies. Very good company for freshers and learners.

Appraisal is very bad when compared to other organisations and there is no hike for promotion which i don't like.

Working in hcl is actually good. Tension free we can balance both personal and professional life. It's a job security that we can feel in hcl.

Dislikes

...g in support full night shifts so for me it's difficult to work in night shift. Track leads behave like so sadism I don't know what they think they think like those people are giving salary. The way they treat I hate. Less hike always blaming. Same situation in my team but in my project other track leads are good. Inside so many politics.

Interview was good, interviewers didn't tried to exhibit their expertise. Convincingly good hike during joining.

Dislikes

HR Team is not good. Forced me to join immediately but no quick joining bonus. Usually people use personal phone number for official communication rather than internal communication tools.

Dislikes

No guarantee of promotion, very little hike or no hike, almost zero employee benefits (except medical), very difficult to get even small things like stationeries, printout, micro management.

Worklife balance is good also have opportunities to develop the new skills.

Dislikes

There is no specific criteria for promotion and salary hike for laterals is not satisfied. Some time they won't give hike. They won't provide valid reason also. Very disappointed in terms of salary hike and promotions.
