Job security and literally there is no work pressure at all. Here in Madurai, the working environment is marvelous. Facilities inside the campus maintained very well and you can enjoy every privilege.

No guarantee of promotion, very little hike or no hike, almost zero employee benefits (except medical), very difficult to get even small things like stationeries, printout, micro management.

Work life balance you will get but on the other hand salary, employee benefits, appraisals are not even ok ok. Whatever you are getting at the time of hiring just keep it that amount . Don't expect
