No perks, avg. Salary, No good growth. Favoritism and politics. North people will be having much benefits,projects and all North only in top positions.

Interview was good, interviewers didn't tried to exhibit their expertise. Convincingly good hike during joining.

HR Team is not good. Forced me to join immediately but no quick joining bonus. Usually people use personal phone number for official communication rather than internal communication tools.

No guarantee of promotion, very little hike or no hike, almost zero employee benefits (except medical), very difficult to get even small things like stationeries, printout, micro management.
