Work life balance.

No remuneration . Got promoted to management role, but salary not revised as per role. No opportunity for career growth and support for right salary, recognition. Always retaining as under paid.
Salary, Career growth. Bringing Intermediate/12th class qualified people when there is so much unemployment in the market. Intermediate qualified people work in PMOs and recruiting, they question and ask our weekly updates, pathetic experience. Increments are given only for every two years and that 0 to 3%. Favorism for promotions and surprise bonuses. Unrealistic demand for contribution to Value portal, just to meet the management targets. Very unrealistic promises by Sales people to their customers.
The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.
The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance.
There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition.
Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.
... Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates.

Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees
Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates.
Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup.
There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. Very pathetic IJP process followed.
