I worked with two different processes, BT- British Telecom for internet support, great opportunity to learn, never had an opportunity to close the tickets as out of scope of support, Where as it's climbing the ladder with AT&T internet support.

Dislikes

Salary issues with the finance/hr. Team Leader always had to coordinates with the HR to sort out the same.

Likes

Food available everytime in cafeteria. Outside view is good .

Perks and benefits are not good and deduction in salary on the basis of performance which is not good by compony . Every employee wants more and more hikes and who do not perform well for money . Who wants deduction but compony policy is to deduct from variables on the basis of performance .washrooms and breakout area are not hygienic .

I have been working here from 2.5 years and there was no hike from past 2 years last month received hike even that is not justified. No Proper clarification for anything, Their Unified ticket tool is also not worth their team is not responding properly. They are just closing the tickets without clarifications.

Apart from job security , there is nothing. Also if you are fresher you can start your carrier since it is so called big MNC, but don't stay here more than 2 years if you are fresher.

Nothing good here, everything is bad apart from job security. No growth No hike , No work balance No support from senior's

For learning and experience this is good company.

Dislikes

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.
