...nagement. if you are from South region then this company will be heaven for you. Bad compensation policy, if you assigned some project before 18 month you can't ask for release. Manger's are like Rowdy they are thinking they are god and if you raise your concern they will torture you like slave.

... about appraisal one of my team member is working from 3 year with no appraisal. 4) EPB is not given 100% even if you rating is above exceptions they will reduce your salary. 5) insurance policy is not good copy is more. 6) timeing are worst in any shift you need to work but they will get join organization in 9am to 6pm later they will change

...life balance, Client work needs to be delivered even after out of working hours. No transparency about salary or any other benefits which an employee is eligible. No promotions No hikes Yearly variable gets paid in the 15th month of annual cycle completion.

...o right if said by client. Very bad background check process can run upto 1year. Very less or no hike . Hardly pays 70%of variable after a year. Very difficult to get another project. Bad culture. No work life balance and no pay for recruitment work doing at weekend.

Learning is really good, they even push you to do certifications. Work life balance for me is good and the projects are all good enough to learn something new.

... is nobody knows employee story. They won't even give you full performance pay. Last year my pf bonus was cut domn due to more members in the team, I was so pissed but could not able to do anything.
