The company's mode is 1-2-3 Strategy and it helps its clients to achieve the constant technology transformation guided by the 1-2-3 mode strategy. These modes together plays a significant role in a client's overall strategy. The current mode of work is hybrid and therefore employees have this flexibility to do WFH or WFO. Learning growth is depends on the employee, as company provides all necessity platforms for all kind of learnings.

Overall growth is decent but compensation is slow.

The plus with HCL is like if you are lucky and get a good client/project you can have a good work life balance.

Their are multiple cons in the company - 1. They will deduct money from your salary unnecessarily in the name of variable which they say is rating based. I personally never got less than 9/10 in quarterly ratings but still they used to deduct around 60% from EPB. 2. Zero hikes / No promotions. In my almost 2 year career no hikes happened. 3. It is top heavy company. There are 2-3 key people in every project who decides the fate of others. Full of egoistic people in management.
