Work life balance for some clients are heaven. Like you just have to login and do nothing. Even that is not considered good because there is very less work and very much life.

Dislikes

No appraisals it's like 1 k whereas inflation is record high, mfs will give you bonus and deduct the half of it in name of some policies. No growth you just have to do repetitive tasks. If you worked here for 3 or 4 years then you are doomed.

No hike no appraisal, no project And if tehre is no project its not company problem its your problem and as per policy if you are in bench HR call you and they told you to resign And after 3 months automatically you can count your last working day in Hcl

Work life balence is good. Work culture is quite good. Helpful team members, mentors, HRs Hybrid work policy. Flexible timings

Dislikes

Salary compensation is worst. Yearly increment is too much less, not even 10% of your previous annual CTC. Company management is not good. Growth opportunities are very limited.

Work life balance is good. They won't keep you ideal. They keep giving you training and upgrade even in bench.

...self for a long time we were in bench, due to which less career growth happened. Salary is less. No proper appraisal cycle and appraisal is also less. Job security was there earlier now when u stay in bench for 1 month you should have HR call fear then.

There is learning as usual as other company.. I dont like anythink there except the dress culture

...cluding sunday. All organisations will make us do the extensive works but here..they are expecting us to work without pay...worst thing ever... I never seen a work culture like this becoz...worst management ever.
