The imortant thing is that HCL is a international brand and you can pride about it, you are working for a Multonational. And it also considered by other employees as a Govt Job since it also provide a good job security.

Dislikes

...by the polices. Employees feedback from mangers is the ultimate thing in HCL. If you are new joinee and hired on less pay or band you will be given only cab to 20 km inspite of you residence. But if u hired on in high band you will be givne cab to 35km and most of that category employee come to office by thier own. If you being hired at L1 or lower levels...not the company for you..only for the mangers. People often heard saying they will come back in HCL near ritirement.

Dislikes

Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Every project have 3 managers (reporting manager, service managers, who will be part of HCL for 10 or 15 years ) , and who used to micromanage to an extreme, they will ask you to work on company holiday and they won’t approve your comp off or Pay for the holiday. Once the project is stabilised , they will release the highly paid resource to the bench

HCLTech is one of the India's leading IT Services based organization. I will suggest to all the freshers to take an opportunity and get a MCN experience, HCL is the best for very earlier stage in your carrier. It's medical benefit is very nice.

.... Worst HR policy as a MNC organization. 3. Managent also not as good as MNC. 4. One the worst salary structure I ever seen in HCL. After changing HR policy CTC got effected and deduct more salary with the name of EPB bonus. 4. There is no job satisfaction dou to project allocation. Bench people doesn't know in what kind of project they will be assigned. 5. HCL talking project level interview as candidate experience with, after joined the project candidate can understand that project is not related to his/her experience. Now they can't do anything they has to continue or else registration. 6. Year after year people have to work with the same salary because HCL has leap yearly salary incriminate policy.
