They Don't follow their own policies. Ex: Apprisal Year is April to March, Compensation hike as per policy will be in July, but the letter will be released in October. So they manage 2 quarter's.

I could see in most cases HCL is generally hiring resources who are serving notice period

You receive salary on time. That's it.

Dislikes

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

It's a good company. Work life balance is good.culture also good, appreciated.

Dissatisfaction on salary and salary deduction, variable pay deduction. Over all bonus/vp/ other bonus deduction dissatisfaction

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

... Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. Very pathetic IJP process followed.

...ects to work, so there is bit security for job as you have plenty of work to do. Salary is on time. Will get chance to learn new things and certifications.

...process to pick persons who has not promoted for last more than couple of years. Salary hike is very less in percentage, mostly in single digit. Sometimes no hike at all. Fully micromanaging tool (Sapience) to check utilization of 9 hours, for which most of the employees are dissatisfied irrespective of theirs' successful project deliveries. No delivery office in Eastern part of India.
