Always I had a salary issue. Still HCL TECH has not provided me my client/captive allowance of December 2022. After relieving, company do not have to keep an employee salary amount but HCL Tech has deducted my client allowance without any proper reason. HR & manager also do not give their proper response & does not get back to their employee regarding the query asked through email or call. Work culture and management behavior is very poor. HCL Tech cheat their employees in terms of salary. Salary was the main reason to resign HCL TECH.

They will deduct our salary as variable pay this not so good. They deducting our money as much as from original CTC thats also affecting our original salary

Nothing positive to talk about HCL Technologies.

Dislikes

...ork and they call it as design(R&D). 3. No hikes even after 10-12 working daily. I got just INR 500 increased in my monthly salary after 2 years of working 4. Also why leaving organization, they use 3 months notice period as their advantage even though you're not critical in that project. They use this silly and cheap tricks to retain employee. 5. Please avoid this company if not really neccessary

Suggest how to switch support to MERN

Hey there! I'm working in HCLTECH and have 3 years of experience in a support project simple copy and paste. I have learned HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js , Node.ja (MERN stack). Also giving an interview right now 10-11 I have appeared. Not selected anywhere. Some interviews I have answered all questions but I didn't hear back. Asking for expected CTC 8 lpa and current is 4lpa. Please suggest how to crack a MERN interview. Do I need to be ready for machine coding rounds Because in the first round I have an idea right now, javascript basics, some coding questions on array and strings also concept of react and node. Please suggest what areas I should focus on. How to tell the interviewer I am a MERN developer not working on a support project because one interviewer had doubts. If someone switched please share your experience Thank you all for your time.
