Work life balance is pretty good.

1. Salary and hike 2. Promotion and Hike 3. Worst Management (ex: Hiring more people with less project in hand. Also all benefits will be in paper only. It will not roll out because of insufficient balance in HCLTECH.) 4. No transparency in HR Communication (Including Onboarding) 5. No benefits for employees below E2.2 band.

Apart from job security , there is nothing. Also if you are fresher you can start your carrier since it is so called big MNC, but don't stay here more than 2 years if you are fresher.

Nothing good here, everything is bad apart from job security. No growth No hike , No work balance No support from senior's

There is nothing to like, only they cutoff from your salary. They give 5% hike & add 4% variable into that hike. So basically you can't do anything, even hr nothing helps.

-No hikes, -Multiple way to deduct your salary, tons for variables in your salary break-up & even hr can't change into this. -If you try to connect hr, you need to take as challange because you can't hr, you add literally add complete hierarchy to get response from them. Then they will give you response, even that response is also irrelevant. -No way to grow in this company, I think that issue with my project not company. -Worst company

No, nothing any thing. Ni growth, no timely appraisal, no bonus and night shift allowances, no promotion. I had worked for HCL around 4 yrs but in this over all experience only 35k incremental.

Dislikes

Don't expected growth, salary, appraisal, promotion if any one join this organization. They are not give on time appraisal, also not give the ariaer.

For learning and experience this is good company.

Dislikes

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.
