Nothing.. most of the salary is in form of variable and the org keeps on changing the norm so that they don't have to pay the full amount even though the same way promised during the time of hiring

Bad management, you can't change the project once it's assigned to you even though you fullfill the project change criteria, a lot of politics, expect to get all the work done but will only provide limited resources

Being a big brand in IT industry, it's not a good company for long term. No promotions, No appraisals, very less opportunities for onsite which are reserved for non desr

No promotions,, no appraisals, variable pay deductions, onsite opportunity for selected people only, no allowances, policies are not employee friendly.

No guarantee of promotion, very little hike or no hike, almost zero employee benefits (except medical), very difficult to get even small things like stationeries, printout, micro management.

Worklife balance is good also have opportunities to develop the new skills.

There is no specific criteria for promotion and salary hike for laterals is not satisfied. Some time they won't give hike. They won't provide valid reason also. Very disappointed in terms of salary hike and promotions.
