It’s main headquarters is pretty good, if your first company is HCL then you need to switch in 1-2years for salary growth because appraisal is monthly performance based which means you would be getting appraisal marks on every 3 months like JFM, AMJ, JAS, OND so if your marks will always 8 or 9 out of 10 then you would be getting 10-15% hike max.
When anyone came with experience then they would provide good salary but same experienced employee who working with HCL would get 10%appraisal which is wrong
