... since I joined HCL. They come up with a new excuse to not give hike in salery. After completing 6 years in HCL, I am still on the same package. If you change and rejoin then you will get a better offer

...s is to maintain Nippon buddy only and psycho Managers will do micromanagement..Very worst they will deduct more from our salary papa through employee salary deduction only they are raising HCL everywhere😶🙃. Please study well work hard and target on Product based companies as much as possible.

poor management, unprofessional bosses/ mangers/leads, micromanagement, salary deduction, I worked for whole month they deducted my whole month salary, not paid well, no Holidays given to you.

Every thing about HCLTech, I hate. whatever you take like salary, work culture, Senior's behaviour, Politics, Exploitation, Bonds are horrifying, HRs are very rude and they are biased

Salary hike can be better and appraisal should be completed on time and compensation letter to be released at end of each cycles without postponing for upto 6 months. Shift compensation not provided.
