Job security and traveling policies are excellent. Salary and appraisal is average and learning and work environment is excellent as per my understanding need to hike appraisal.

Only Need to hike salary rest are too good and excellent job security.

Job security is very good. Job is secured more than govt. job.

Dislikes

Salary standards are very low only get 2% increment every year that why growth rate are very slow. I have work 12-15 hours but only got a limited salary.

Interview was good, interviewers didn't tried to exhibit their expertise. Convincingly good hike during joining.

Dislikes

HR Team is not good. Forced me to join immediately but no quick joining bonus. Usually people use personal phone number for official communication rather than internal communication tools.

Job security, training for new comers

Dislikes

No guarantee of promotion, very little hike or no hike, almost zero employee benefits (except medical), very difficult to get even small things like stationeries, printout, micro management.

Worklife balance is good also have opportunities to develop the new skills.

Dislikes

There is no specific criteria for promotion and salary hike for laterals is not satisfied. Some time they won't give hike. They won't provide valid reason also. Very disappointed in terms of salary hike and promotions.
