...are supportive and the management is not transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are fair, appraisals are not up to the mark and they don't give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Every project have 3 managers (reporting manager, service managers, who will be part of HCL for 10 or 15 years ) , and who used to micromanage to an extreme, they will ask you to work on company holiday and they won’t approve your comp off or Pay for the holiday. Once the project is stabilised , they will release the highly paid resource to the bench
