...tunity to grow. HCL treats employees like a machine. They don't give us a break. HCL deducts salary for no reason. Nobody is there to whom you can raise your concern.

Please Do Not Join HCL! I worked there for more than a year and I have seen every politics and how they threaten employees are saying they will fire us. Managers are so useless they just send us here and there. HR and the Manager all are together they will not listen your genuine talk. They will only burdnies you. My colleague has death in her house and HCL was asking medical papers. My other colleague was admitted to the hospital and submitted medical documents as well but HCL called that hospital and enquired about him and tortured him into joining. I have seen people who worked so hard to get their position but HCL devoted them to silly reasons. There is no understanding.

I like my work environment, i learn about the infrastructure from basic understanding, and team mates are good and knowledgeable.

Dislikes

There is no any appreciation or salary benefits and innovation to move time, work with a regular routine of concepts will be boring.

we work really hard in project but the salary we are getting as junior's salary. I am not at happy with my hikes even though I got exceptional performance

We can learn some other skills via some platform like Percipio. This is an advantage.

Dislikes

Salary hike is extremely worst. I'm very disappointed about that. And, they are very conscious about getting work from employee they treat like a machine.
