...agement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiling. company policy are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

there is a lot of politics and career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 year before which you cannot resine on the job training is not given to new joinees

Compensation and EPB policy is very bad. If you work for three years in the organization, you wont even get 2000rs hike. (Even though you are top performer). If you put down papers, company will cut all the previous year hike's by showing internal policies.

For learning and experience this is good company.

Dislikes

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.

...imit of 5 thousand in ncr location. And there is copay as well for dependent. 2. Policies are created with respect to employer benefit like Engagement monthly bonus which they cut on monthly basis even if you have 9 score out of 10. 3. Not good hikes and generally at 3 and 4%. 4. HR has no role.

If you come inside this company please don't expect any salary increase and career growth ever. Their variable is the biggest scam and everytime you receive the very little hike most of it goes into variable and they always reduce the variable and you end up with reduced salary. Hardwork and slogging is nothing but a waste of time and energy. Be ready to work here only if you are ok with no salary increase and want a comfortable environment with no growth.
