its terrible work experiance with this organization, they hired us for collection and never assigned collection porfolio. We started some backlog review and clearance work and its never ends during my tenure there. Lack of basic fecelities in workplace premices, no lunch or dinner option, no snack stall, very poor maintnace washroom. they will simply ignore you if you raised the voice for anything

HR team is worst in HCL. No promotions, no growth, they deduct salary without any justifiacation. You will be hired for X work and will assign you Y work!!!! No clarity why hired X skill set manpower when required Y skill set.

Bad Culture....Top level enjoying like government No Job security - 4 weeks in bench ,then slient layoff Montly variable pay - Engagement performance bonus ,though u got above 8 rating most of the times deduction above 50% Annual variable pay- for sure they won't give Instead of giving 1000 crores as charity ,better hcl need to consider their hard work employees pain ....2023 paper released on 2025 January...that too for 2% and no change for most of the employees ....which shows where hcl is going.... Wondering why all IT companies not taking care their employees but focusing only the top levels like ceo,delivery managers...salary increasing in crores every year Never ever recommend to anyone

...atever HR will say that is the policy even they don't follows there made policy. I am 10+ year of experienced person and faced strange incident in HCL that HR changed by salary structure on day of joining and believe me I didn't have another offer except to accept the same. Overall HCL is not a company and is a shop.

Being a big brand in IT industry, it's not a good company for long term. No promotions, No appraisals, very less opportunities for onsite which are reserved for non desr
