... timings you do. You can see you health getting spoiled day by day. Low salary. No free food or cab you have to pay for both food and cab which are the pathetic services(tasteless food at high price, untimely cab services with arrogant drivers )

The only good thing inn The company is the basic pay. There won't be any promotions or any hike in your salary no matter how hard you work. There won't be any respect for the hard work given by the employee unless you are in good termes with the higher officials. This is only about the bpo not the it.

There won't be any growth for the employee.we cannot learn anything new in the company.

For learning and experience this is good company.

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.

...imit of 5 thousand in ncr location. And there is copay as well for dependent. 2. Policies are created with respect to employer benefit like Engagement monthly bonus which they cut on monthly basis even if you have 9 score out of 10. 3. Not good hikes and generally at 3 and 4%. 4. HR has no role.

If you come inside this company please don't expect any salary increase and career growth ever. Their variable is the biggest scam and everytime you receive the very little hike most of it goes into variable and they always reduce the variable and you end up with reduced salary. Hardwork and slogging is nothing but a waste of time and energy. Be ready to work here only if you are ok with no salary increase and want a comfortable environment with no growth.
