...l levels. Employees feel demotivated easily because of a toxic work environment. Not to mention the pay scale that is shown for a fresher is the largest in the market, but the in-hand salary is the least. Do not join as a fresher. Oh, by the way- they are not gonna let you withdraw your PF contributions. I had to even complaint in the government portal, but since HCL is a private trust, thee was no use.

No Salary hikes, no promotions, no value for the head wor, appraisal process is worst process I feel like it is a scam to escape hikes. Salary will not at all depends on rating, no use if you get Distinction performance or Exceptional performance, no good projects, no growth, even freshers will get good salary than experienced, difference college people get different hikes for freshers if you are coming from top colleges you will get good salary when you join as freshers

I like the IT environment since I am from Mechanical Engineering background.

...y members, caste, favouritism for Managers, Business Department Unit heads, etc. No regulated salary packages. example: new Joinee (either IT or Non-IT) receives more than 5-7LPA, but experienced person (Non-IT) receives less than 7 LPA even the employee was loyal to the team & organisation.

...n client location and close the contract in short notice once everything is set. Never allow to be a FT employee to their clients Deduce the variable pay and put huge amount in variable pay, something around 16 to 17 percentage.

...ortunity, if you need growth and future plans never join this mediocre company..I even know all this but tempted for the package.. please never join if you want growth.
