...r position will not be moved unless you make a step as moving out of company. My team at HCL was best and in terms of salary that's cheap. Overall experience : for a fresher it's a best company.

Nothing but salary increment and job promotions because there are multiple employees who are working at same role over the years without any recognition.

Recruiter promised that I will be receiving the entire variable pay for the first year but I received only for a month and from second month I have not even received 50 percent. No hike/night shift allowance for E3 and above bands . Every project have 3 managers (reporting manager, service managers, who will be part of HCL for 10 or 15 years ) , and who used to micromanage to an extreme, they will ask you to work on company holiday and they won’t approve your comp off or Pay for the holiday. Once the project is stabilised , they will release the highly paid resource to the bench

HCLTECH is a good company to work with. The work-life balance is good, but it depends on the project/account. The work atmosphere is good.

we work really hard in project but the salary we are getting as junior's salary. I am not at happy with my hikes even though I got exceptional performance

We can learn some other skills via some platform like Percipio. This is an advantage.

Salary hike is extremely worst. I'm very disappointed about that. And, they are very conscious about getting work from employee they treat like a machine.
