compensation is not as per industry level. At Senior level appraisal is based on your repo with senior not based on your contribution. Also people take advantage of people at Senior level as they will not get job easily . But this is true for all Indian IT Service company

It's like a government job in many projects, you can keep on working for many years without much worries. Your job is secured unless you make a blunder mistake. If you are close to the boss or the management you will become a King

... for more than three months you better look for a job. You can be fired any day. Not a good company in terms of pay hikes. Mostly not more than 20% gets a reasonable salary revision after the annual appraisal

For learning and experience this is good company.

Dislikes

Negligible appraisal. No promotions . There is no standard of giving salary. Junior employee in same team with lower band could have higher salary than senior with upper band. They do not give any goodies on Diwali/new year. They do not give any money on referrals. Just the extra miles points.

Good to Grow with multiple Skilsets by having training sessions.

Dislikes

...life balance, Client work needs to be delivered even after out of working hours. No transparency about salary or any other benefits which an employee is eligible. No promotions No hikes Yearly variable gets paid in the 15th month of annual cycle completion.

Work life balance.

Dislikes

No remuneration . Got promoted to management role, but salary not revised as per role. No opportunity for career growth and support for right salary, recognition. Always retaining as under paid.
