Working hours 12-14hrs Work life balance zero No hikes or even dry promotion. Package they mention eg 26lac then take home would be 80k. Mental peace totally depends on manager. Some managers doesn't know anything, literally anything 😕😕😕 but you need to work under them that too with pressure.

No more job security and lot of retaliation from higher authority. Poor salary benefits. I just all not to prefer HCL due to lack of skill development and carrier development.

There is a lot politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth Idalia. There is abound of2yearsbefore which you cannot resign. On the job training is not give tones joiners.

Overall company experience is k since salary wise if you work for long term also your salry won't increase incentives are very cheap for that company standard
