Firstly I had joined HCl Comment and was posted in client location. Really the RM and the entire team of Kolkata was very helpful and helped me in all the aspects. Even the client appreciation was being taken seriously. Really the comnet Kolkata team was the best.

...er on I had cracked an IJP which was of service desk lead of Nagpur location . When I had reached there I had demanded for my salary hike which was being promised in my IJP . I was surprised to see that a new hired RM from a BPO promised me that in between we can't change your salary this year but later on the next year your salary will be hiked . Then I demanded for the designation then after 2 months they denied. I had gone to HR and raised this issue . But I was surprised that there is no result from them . I followed the chain and gone to the seniors . Even I had gone till company CEO for this issue . But I was surprised that for every mail I got a reply that we are looking for this issue very soon we will contact you and I had attached all the proves in the mail. Later I was mentally so depressed that they forced me to resign .

The work culture in this company is very good as I can make decision about any work depending on customer. colleagues are very helpful.

Dislikes

The thing I dislike most in this company is salary growth. Salary hike not depends on appraisal comment and work pressure. It is pathetic while I have to work up to full satisfaction of customer as well as company and get good review and appreciation but at the time of increment upper stack holders are least bother about salary increment.

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

... Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. Very pathetic IJP process followed.
