...ols and disgraceful people who get insecurity if they encounters smarter people. A poor pay master with bureaucratic and autocratic ways of working. Above all, this company takes its loyal employees as granted. So, as an employee who had worked in this company for almost 12 years, my recommendation for everyone will be to think twice before joining this sick company, because if you do then you will be disgraced, disrespected and disregarded no matter how good you perform your role. The most toxic work culture I’ve encountered in my career spanning 21+ years.

Working environment is peaceful and professional. Based on customer or client work load is balanced. We gain knowledge based on clients environmental devices. HCLTECH provide us skills development course as per our skill set. Any MNC company job security is important same for HCLTECH.

Salary, promotion and appraisal is based on clients and RM. Mostly for over achievers will get good results.

Work is less compared to other companies. That is only thing good here

Dislikes

Salary, promotion, company all are not good. Especially company politics is there. If you are same as manager's religion or region, then they will treat you good otherwise they will show partiality. Work balance is not good.

Variable pay, promotions and hikes are not at all good. HRs are more irresponsible and don't respond when we reach but they will bug us continuously if needed anything from employees.
