I have not seen anything good, mostly I felt bad

...p and she attempted resign in my laptop, I was shocked what's happening with me. No appraisal no hikes in salary, total full of politics Managements are targeting particularly people and changing their work location. Manager is not approving attendance even if you have worked on that day , he applied LWP if you worked from home for anyday without inform.

HR team is worst in HCL. No promotions, no growth, they deduct salary without any justifiacation. You will be hired for X work and will assign you Y work!!!! No clarity why hired X skill set manpower when required Y skill set.

Suggest how to switch support to MERN

Hey there! I'm working in HCLTECH and have 3 years of experience in a support project simple copy and paste. I have learned HTML, CSS, Javascript, React.js , Node.ja (MERN stack). Also giving an interview right now 10-11 I have appeared. Not selected anywhere. Some interviews I have answered all questions but I didn't hear back. Asking for expected CTC 8 lpa and current is 4lpa. Please suggest how to crack a MERN interview. Do I need to be ready for machine coding rounds Because in the first round I have an idea right now, javascript basics, some coding questions on array and strings also concept of react and node. Please suggest what areas I should focus on. How to tell the interviewer I am a MERN developer not working on a support project because one interviewer had doubts. If someone switched please share your experience Thank you all for your time.
