HCL have good project where one can learn a lot and develop their skills so good for Skill development. Job security is also good as HCL gives ample opportunity.

Dislikes

Work Life balance is terrible. No Appraisal. There is quarterly appraisal so based on that they cut your monthly bonus. They have software to Count your productive hours.

...but in reality they give very less amount of Bonus although that is part of CTC. PF deducted both sides from yout Salary. They suddenly decrease your salary without any sense and said there is some adjustment. But what adjustment will not reveal. These days HCL is one of the worst company to work. Do not join.

I think bonus quarterly and annual release is not in a good shape or process , most of the time annual hike is getting delayed as per exiting employee , hopping for the best next year when time comes for me.

... career growth. 3) Increament really depends. It's mixed for most of the people. 4) HCL gives better salary package then other service sector companies. 5) There is Job security.

HCL technologies company now degrade its performance. Too much deduction of employees salary. No appraisals. Just donating on charity to buy fame from society. If you have god father then you cab grow here.

No appraisal. Salary deduction on various points. Apparaisal is part of your salary which you will never get 100%.
